Log In to Test (Pre-Production)
Log in to the Test (Pre-Production) area to practice sending or receiving a recall depending on your company type (Initiator or Receiver).
NOTE - Your password in the Test (Pre-Production) area will be different from Production. If you would like to conduct a test, please contact GS1 US Technical Support at +1 937.610.4233 to be set up in this environment. You will then receive an email containing your password to the Test environment. Also, the Rapid Recall Exchange Test environment may be down for scheduled maintenance on Fridays from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM Eastern time.
